I’m a change leader with nearly 30 years of experience guiding Fortune 500 companies and small businesses through transformational growth. From launching over 120 programs a year at Cisco to serving as a Principal Director at Accenture, I’ve built a career centered on helping people navigate significant, meaningful change—with clarity, heart, and a people-first mindset.

My most rewarding work has always been about impact: coaching women through Women Unlimited and the United Nations, creating scholarship funds in my hometown, and launching a community garden to feed families in the heart of Silicon Valley.

As the CEO of Gant C&C with a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a Certified Executive Coach, I bring structure and energy to every space I lead. BoldLEAP Collective is the program I wish I had when I started my business—and now, I get to help other women discover their Superhero powers, passions, and personal North Star. Let’s talk!
